We are a fast growing company and seek professional individuals to join our diverse and talented team of employees. We currently have a position for a Project Manager located in Silver Spring, MD.
POSITION DUTIES & REQUIREMENTS:
Assist with the development, implementation, and analysis of policies
Provide consultative guidance and leadership to key stakeholders to assist with the development and implementation of policies
Participate in the AFMH DTP application of requirements and capabilities described in the Initial Capabilities Document (ICD) and Doctrine, Organization, Training, Material, Leadership, and Education, Personnel, Facilities (DOTMLPF) and Policies recommendations
Provide assistance, recommendations/counseling in support of AFMS management, organizational and business improvement efforts on an as needed basis
Support project implementation plan through project management support
Provide consultation with various entities and provide feedback regarding implementation strategies, processes, and possible oversight to the DPT project lead
Develop and complete briefings to be presented to the key stakeholders and leadership
Participate in workgroups and provide input in the development and update of Air Force Instructions (AFI)/Policies
Provide consultation on implementation and sustainment of health information systems/programs which directly support AFMH and program review
Advise in the work process and productivity, system alignment, leadership systems improvement, organizational assessments, and assist in the performance measure development in support of the AFMH System
Conduct research/analysis and make recommendations on AFMH model implementation and developmental efforts
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:
Master's Degree in Business, Healthcare Management, or Operations Management required
Minimum of 7 years of experience in business operations and a minimum of 5 years of experience identifying, defining and mapping business processes required
Strong skills in strategic project management, change management, and continuous process improvement required
Ability to effectively communicate complex messages
