Cognizant Technology Solutions is seeking a "Project Manager "; the resource should have strong experience in Agile, Scrum and JAD who could join in our team of IT professionals in a permanent role. Role: Project Manager

Location: Tampa - FL

Skill set:

1. Knowledge on Agile & Scrum ( nice to have someone certified ), thoroughly knows the scrum ceremonies - like stand-up meetings, retrospective meetings, Sprint planning etc

2. Team facilitating skills , act as a liaison between the delivery team, architects and the Business team

3. Effectively track requirements through the life of a project

4. Ability to coach the team with scrum and agile practices

5. Host and lead JADs (Joint application development) sessions

6. Prepare reports to VZ leadership (weekly/monthly) based on the need

7. Time box the meetings effectively
