The Project Manager will be responsible for supporting business partners in executing strategic projects. They will be responsible for carrying out project management best practices and will manage large, complex initiatives. The candidate will assist in the implementation of strategies related to programs to achieve desired results They will adhere to PMO defined standards, processes and templates to facilitate consistency. The PM will be working with all Brinks US functional areas on project planning, execution, synergy, cost savings analysis, and post-close transformation. They will lead the project team in requirements work breakdown into tasks and deliverables, identifying functional dependencies, key decisions, approved changes, risks and issues. This includes facilitating organizational change and impact assessments. Develop work plans for requirements definition and breakdown, functional design, milestones, scheduled work, team responsibilities and durations. The candidate will communicate with internal stakeholders and employees regarding project plan objectives, current status, measurement against KPI's and the schedule. Will keep leadership informed of measured progress and outstanding issues. This candidate must have leadership presence

Key Responsibilities:

* Support business partners in executing strategic projects
* Ensure necessary business partners are engaged as needed
* Support implementation of organizational design to enable future-state strategy
* Follow project management best practices for large, complex initiatives
* Understand and carry out cross-functional and functional coordination
* Responsible for developing and maintaining end to end project plans
* Develop and maintain integrated project plans across the organization
* Manage and track the overall transition processes to optimize roles, responsibilities and performance in the future organization
* Articulate complex issues and structure clear and concise written documents, adjusting style and level of details depending on audience
* Lead in a matrix environment and be responsible for project management across all functional areas
* Identify and escalate project risks and issues
* Help to introduce and market new products by developing time-integrated plans with Sales, Marketing, Operations, Product Management, IT, and other functional areas

Job Requirements

Minimum Qualifications:

* 5 years project management experience
* 8 - 10 years of related professional experience
* Experience in working with cross-functional projects
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Visio and Project
* Proficient in project and process management
* Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Computer Information Systems, or related field
* Proven track record of managing large scale integration and system projects

Preferred Qualifications:

* PMP certification
* Skills and demonstrated experience with leading complex projects pertaining to business and system integrations

Professional Skills:

* Ability to manage and interact effectively with a large group of cross-functional stakeholders
* Capable of handling heavy workloads with limited supervision
* Strong organizational skills
* Ability to coach business partners on effective project management
* Ability to derive and lead large scale end to end project plans
* Ability to engage with senior-level leaders to drive priority strategic initiatives
* Experience managing multiple complex initiatives within the complete project life cycle
* Excellent foundational skills: analytical, written and verbal communication, strong executive presence, facilitation and presentation skills
* Ability to work in fast paced, high profile projects
* Experience with change management in regards to integrating organizations
* Solid problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and critical thinking abilities
* Must possess the ability to multi-task, establish priorities and yet be flexible in a somewhat dynamic environment
