The Challenge Ahead

If you are resourceful, results oriented, and have extensive project management and delivery experience, we would love to hear from you. Business acumen and strong communication skills are a must for success in this role, as you will be interacting with our customers at multiple levels: subject matter experts and business analysts, project management counterparts, business sponsors, as well as executives. You will be collaborating with our consulting staff, and leading projects from start to finish through the requirements gathering, technical design, development, testing, and deployment phases.

* Manage delivery of multiple projects through the complete engagement life cycle. This includes ensuring that projects are delivered on-time, within budget, and meet customers' business and technical requirements
* Develop customer communication plans, define delivery team roles and responsibilities on the project, plan and manage project schedules
* Maintain issue logs and facilitate issue resolution. Anticipate, manage, and address risks and project challenges
* Understand high-level business, functional and technical solution requirements, and be able to facilitate communication and coordinate discussions that drive decisions at the appropriate stage of the process
* Oversee production of project-specific documentation, project plans, requirements and design documents, manage sign off, customer change control and project close out processes
* Serve as the main point of contact for all communication and information organization on the projects
* Establish and foster a positive and productive working relationship with customers, technical delivery staff and all project stakeholders
* Drive promotion and adoption of program and project management best practices throughout the services delivery organization.
* Take on additional related projects as necessary
* Role requires up to 35% travel to customer sites for complex or strategic project kick-off meetings

Qualifications, Experience and Abilities:

* 2+ years of project management experience in deployment of IT enterprise applications, or other technical implementation and delivery projects
* Track record of successful delivery management on multiple concurrent IT projects to enterprise customers within a technically complex and dynamic environment
* Comprehensive skill set and knowledge of program management, related tools, and methodologies
* Experience successfully engaging senior and executive management, as well as a diverse group of stakeholders
* Experience in facilitating an effective and collaborative team environment, building strong relationships, coordinating resolution of technically complex problems and issues, resolving interpersonal conflicts, managing resources in a matrixed environment and communicating effectively at all levels of an organization
* Excellent communication skills with a capacity to present, discuss and explain issues concisely and clearly, both in verbal and in written form
* Team player, self-motivated and able to take on various initiatives. Willing to step outside of regular responsibilities and pitch in to help colleagues in other departments if the circumstances warrant it
* Broad familiarity and experience productively using a wide range of common business software including Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point and Project.
* Strong decision-making ability with the faculty to evaluate complex situations and escalate issues as needed
