A day in the life…

The ideal candidate will have a successful track record of delivering and integrating complex initiatives that evolve and transform the Store Commerce business, as well as the ability to lead change and communicate with a wide variety of audiences, both technical and business.

* Define, drive, and deliver project based business outcomes
* Develop overall project plan, objectives, and resource estimates to achieve goals
* Develop and maintain an understanding of the Store Commerce ecosystem, including applications and rhythm of business
* Develop and maintain a curiosity and drive to dig into issues and push for resolution
* Manage and communicate information about project status and changes in strategy, initiatives, standards, priorities and resource allocation
* Prioritize, manage, and execute multiple projects with minimal oversight
* Proactively identify and manage impact of projects to broader organization
* Work collaboratively with the larger leadership team, reconciling divergent demands of multiple stakeholders

You own this if you have…

* Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience and/or training in project management principles
* Minimum 5 years experience in project management with progressively larger responsibility, in a related field preferred
* Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills
* Demonstrated ability to influence without authority, adept at communicating across all levels of the organization
* Proficiency in MS Office suite
* Ability to quickly learn other applications as necessary
* Clear and effective written and verbal communication skills
* An understanding and affinity for lean methodology preferred
