As an alternative, a Bachelor's degree in a Computer Science, Information Technology or Business Administration field combined with 5 years progressive experience in the position or related team lead/project lead application development position. Foreign equivalent degrees are acceptable.

Description: Position Opening Xavient Digital LLC. Project Manager Multiple Full Time Professional Positions Headquartered at the Xavient Corporate Offices in Woodland Hills, CA with travel/re-location to unanticipated temporary project sites within the United States expected. Duties: Manage, plan and initiate the on-site implementation and delivery of enterprise level business application solutions. Lead and manage all software development activities for the assigned project, establish project timelines, goals and resources. Monitor the performance of the design, development and QA teams, and provide leadership and technical guidance. Plan, design, develop, and maintains SQL databases in development, quality assurance, and production environments. Review the work of the development team to identify emerging issues, resolve problems, and ensure the meeting of project milestones. Design, recommend and promote implementation of required database structures. Plan for production support and communicate effectively with off shore development teams and client-facing teams to ensure that resources are available to meet project and business objectives. Manage day-to-day on-site relationship and establish the system availability with the client. The managerial role of this position is limited to the assigned IT project and does not include higher level management over the company's departmental operations, goals or policies. Position to be headquartered in Woodland Hills, CA with travel/relocation to multiple, unanticipated project sites within the US.
