The Geller Project Management Office (PMO) seeks to staff its team with a skilled Technical Project Manager to oversee Technical projects that align with our organizational strategy and enterprise architecture.

Project Managers must have experience planning and executing the implementation of complex multi-threaded technology projects aligned to the company's strategic initiatives. Project Managers must also have experience with varying methodologies including Waterfall and Agile frameworks.

Your Impact:

* Assisting Program Manager in managing concurrent Technology Projects
* Assisting Business Owners and Account Managers with definition of scope and ensure project activities align with goals of the organization
* Collaborating with business and technical stakeholders to capture project requirements, scheduling and resourcing needs
* Creating detailed work plans which identify and sequencing the activities needed to successfully complete the project
* Maintaining project artifacts throughout the project lifecycle
* Managing project resources in a cross functional matrix
* Ensuring all project activities align to the roadmap and milestone schedule set forth by the program manager and primary business stakeholder
* Reviewing the project cross dependencies with other project activities; revise the schedule as required
* Ensuring that best practices are followed in the areas of SDLC and PMLC. Ensure that project work aligns with the KPIs as defined throughout the project
* Ensuring that all project team members receive an appropriate orientation to the organization, standards and individual responsibility to achieve project goals and strategy
* Monitoring the execution and progress of the project according to the project plan as it pertains to scope, time and budget and make adjustments as necessary to align with strategic needs
* Produce all relevant artifacts required by the PMO such as requirements, user stories, and status reports
* Establishing a communication schedule to update stakeholders including appropriate staff in the organization on the progress of the project
* Reviewing the quality of the work completed with the project team on a regular basis to ensure that it meets the project standards as set forth by the PMO
* Assisting with the management and reporting of financial status of the project established accounting policies and procedures

What you'll offer:

* A minimum of 5+ years' experience managing mid to large complex technical projects
* In depth knowledge of IT project management (Project Management, Change Management and Software Development Lifecycles)
* Must have an understanding of multiple project frameworks including Waterfall and Agile
* Proficiency with project management tooling
* Professional and personable approach with strong presence
* Extremely detail oriented while possessing the ability to communicate across multiple levels of the organization
* Excellent written, presentation, organizational and verbal communication skills, including ability to bridge communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders
* Energetic and self-directed with the ability to quickly ramp up

* Contractor and vendor management experience
* Passion for learning emerging technologies
* Familiarity with ServiceNow IT Business Management suite
* Proficiency in coordinating work efforts across IT teams
