Job Description:

Principal Job Responsibilities:

* Serve as primary point of contact for clients and manage assigned client relationships through effective project management coordination and execution
* Drives overall client satisfaction through effective coordination and communication of client deliverables
* Consult with clients on the proper methodology to achieve their goals using Epiq's suite of e-Discovery services
* Manage Epiq's internal processes to achieve client goals by communicating with intradepartmental process managers to guide the overall project.
* Represent Epiq in relationships with clients and third parties involved in providing services to those clients
* Delegate to team members through continuous training of project related tasks, such as processing and review workflow, search construction, conflict verification, and productions
* Troubleshoot issues and recommend solutions, effectively implement and document for internal and external stakeholders
* Create playbooks for all clients to standardize service delivery and drive repeat business

Desired Qualifications and Skills:

* Understanding of e-Discovery data processing standards and concepts such as culling, deduplication, filtering, processing, and imaging
* Either strong conceptual or hands-on experience with data processing work
* Experience with dtSearch logic
* Experience with the specifications of multiple processing and hosting platforms
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Strong problem-solving ability and adaptability
* Highly organized and able to manage multiple processes
* Availability to work extended hours as needed when client project demands increase
* Ability to effectively communicate complex technical solutions to non-technical audiences
* Strong customer service discipline with interpersonal and communication skills
* Ability to manage multiple tasks with excellent follow through, professional communication, and attention to detail
* Proven ability to provide good customer service and work well in a team based environment

Education & Certifications:

* Minimum of 3 years' experience in e-discovery industry with applicable Project Management skillset
* Industry qualifications such as Relativity Certified Administrator, Analytics or Processing certifications is strongly preferred

Work Conditions:

* Available to work on-call periodically through the week and occasional weekends
