Job Description

The Boeing Specialist is recruiting for a mid-level Project Management Specialist supporting the affordability projects working a variety of enterprise and site level initiatives. This role will be located in Everett, WA. Develops overall project plan consistent with project objectives as defined by the project owner and key stakeholders in accordance with accepted project management standards in the industry (e.g., PMI, Project Management Body of Knowledge [PMBOK], ANSI, and ISO standards). Works to improve project management processes and business systems that support project decision makers. May lead others and direct all phases of projects or subsystems of major projects from inception through completion. Acts as primary project contact to establish key stakeholder requirements and project objectives. Ensures that all project control systems within the scope of the project are in place and integrates project data for decision makers. Employer will not sponsor applicants for employment visa status. Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience): Experience managing multiple competing priorities and projects Experience collecting, organizing, synthesizing and analyzing data Experience preparing executive level communications and presentations Experience doing standup presentations Experience using Microsoft products Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience): Outgoing, flexible, dynamic, self-starter Bachelor's degree is preferred Experience using any project management software Typical Education/Experience Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 6 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+4 years' related work experience, 10 years' related work experience, etc.). This position is located in a location that does not offer relocation. Candidates must live in the immediate area or relocate at their own expense.
