The individual selected for this position will manage enterprise integration of all training requirements for the represented workforce within Production Operations, to include requirements, enrollment and participation management. In this role, incumbent will serve as the Learning System Administration subject matter expert for Production Operations, be the key lateral with Learning & Development and On-Boarding, and co-chair site level Training Advisory Boards.

Basic Qualifications

Highly proficient in Learning Systems administration.

Previous production operations/manufacturing experience.

Previous leadership experience.

Demonstrated ability to work across organizational boundaries.

Demonstrated project management skills.

Strong business software skills (e.g. MS Office Suite and website applications)
