The Special Programs Project Management Integration role will be responsible for execution of site specific program management tasks to support the Program Director in the execution of day to day activities. These activities will include:
* Facilities coordination * Management of staffing * Customer presentation preparation * Functional liaison between program and site leads * Major program review preparation * Support of business capture and market shaping * Leading strategic teaming and working with industry
supply base
* Support development of strategy that expands the use
of system capabilities to capture new business
* Support proposal development efforts * Demonstrate Full Spectrum Leadership of a team
through focus on performance, results and behaviors
MUST BE A US CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access.
Basic Qualifications
Previous project management experience of aircraft activities.
Experience utilizing Earned Value management tools for project execution.
Leadership experience.
System development and integration experience.
Experience driving closure and resolving complex programmatic issues/challenges.
