This candidate will be a member of the F-35 Sustainment Program Management (PMO) Team. The candidate will be assigned as a project management lead in the planning, development, implementation and execution of the F-35 Sustainment Initial Spares contracts. The candidate will be responsible for supporting both proposal and execution activities including integration into the on-time delivery aspects of all contract requirements. The candidate will apply extensive technical expertise to decomposing, understanding and influencing requirements development and long term strategies for spares procurement. Tasks include, but not limited to: F-35 sustainment proposal planning and execution, integrated master schedule management, on-time delivery management and EVMS management. Tasks also include establishing and developing operational plans for executing critical milestones, Government customer interface activities, technical planning and internal/external coordination. The candidate will perform technical, operational and business coordination between F-35 Sustainment Team, F-35 Air System teams and internal functions to ensure horizontal and vertical integration within and between the teams. Candidate will be supporting the F-35 sustainment initial spares program manager in directing daily team and individual tasks and activities and will be required to lead special assignments. Candidate will be required to lead the team in briefing internal and external senior management and executives on various aspects of the program including status on schedule and cost. Candidate selected will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.

Must be a US Citizen. This position is located at a facility that requires special access and a Secret clearance to start.

Basic Qualifications

* Earned Value experience (EV)
* Experience with management of material, including use of SAP or other subcontract systems (SEEBASS)
