Job Description

Overview

Oversees and coordinates the operational aspects of ongoing projects and serves as liaison between engineering and planning, and line management. Assesses project issues and develops resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals and objectives.

Responsibilities

Oversee engineering projects and track actions to closure across multiple projects. Work across the engineering organization to create and maintains standardize metrics for operating reviews and reporting (Key Performance Indicators, Risk, Earned Valve etc...). Responsible for comprehensive record and data management for functional organizations. Provide oversight of various online tools utilized across projects and functions (e.g., SharePoint development, deployment and maintenance). Create, design and deliver project related charts for engineering. Participate in continuous Improvement activities to create efficiencies.

Qualifications

The successful candidate will typically have a degree or equivalent and three (2) years experience. Proficient in Microsoft offices applications (MS excel, MS project, MS word, PowerPoint, MS Outlook). Prior aerospace experienced preferred. Ability to travel on limited basis.
