AIM seeks a skilled Project Implementation Leader to Work with business partners to implement small to medium sized short duration projects that support achievement of client's requests. Projects are business oriented in nature often with standard data and/or system configuration changes. Works with guidance from Project Manager Sr. and/or direct manager as needed. Is responsible for applying departmental standards and policies and operates within defined parameters using AIM's project management methodology.

Primary duties may include, but are not limited to:

* Creates an effective team environment, builds strong relationships, solves problems and issues in a matrix environment and communicates effectively;
* Leads multiple concurrent projects for the same or different clients;
* Develops and manages basic project plans based on starter templates;
* Regularly reports project status;
* Leads project meetings with internal stakeholders;
* Documents and assists in prioritizing scope changes and facilitates approval process;
* Secures the appropriate resources for project;
* Tracks and manages time and budget against plan;
* Coordinates closely with IT Scrum Master for any IT related work;
* Maintains risk, actions, issue and decision log;
* Facilitates resolution of issues;
* Prepares and participates in quality review checkpoints;

Requires:

* BS/BA degree in a related field;
* 3 years of experience as a member of a project team, or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.
* Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
* Strong writing skills.
