The Project Coordinator coordinates and manages assigned projects.
Responsibilities:
* Develops time lines, assigns responsibilities, and monitors and summarizes the progress of projects. * Creates and implements communication and/or education plans. Prepares reports for leadership regarding the status of projects. * Delivers project results within constraints of budget and resources. * May lead and direct the work of a project team. * Coordinates development and delivery of presentations related to defined projects. Supports the project staff by facilitating project logistics. * Maintains budget records, reconciles accounts and prepares statements of expenditures for projects. * Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Education & Experience:
* High school diploma or equivalent is required. * Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Healthcare Administration, or a related field is preferred. * Four (4) years of project coordination experience is required. * College coursework may substitute for up to four (4) of the required years experience on an equivalent year-for-year basis.
