Job Description

Summary

Role is responsible for the successful planning, coordinating, scheduling, managing and execution of various projects and initiatives. This role will partner with Spencer customers, vendors, manufactures and internal teams to successful deliver and execute. They will need excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, be able to manage competing priorities, provide sound, logical planning of activities and be a team player. The role will also need to develop, create and produce various deliverables and documentation and be able to effectively lead cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will have a good overall technology understanding with significant PM experience.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

* Develop project plans from customer requirements and interactions with various parties
* Provide daily/weekly status reports in a variety of formats (both written verbal) at a high level
* Must be customer service-centric and understand relationship building
* Provide leadership to cross-functional team members while driving to a common goal
* Provides consultation, makes recommendations, gives appropriate advice, and/or facilitates decisions
* Develop and/or implement new policies/procedures/standards and/or rules/regulations

Qualifications

* Minimum 5-7 years of computer service experience in a fast-paced business environment
* Minimum 5 years involved in project management from an individual contributor to a PM
* Retail experience preferred but not required
* Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Business Applications (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Visio)
* Excellent customer service skills.
* Strong communications skills (verbal and written)
* Ability to work in both team environments and as an individual contributor
* Ability to sit for extended periods at a keyboard to enter information and read displays
* Experience using Microsoft SharePoint or similar web publishing application
