Job Description

The purpose of the Senior Project Delivery Analyst - Repair Capability role is to control and deliver the repair contracts between BAE Systems and Lockheed Martin covering:

* Non-Annualized contracts to activate repair capability at US Depots
* Annualized contracts to sustain capability at activated US Depots
* Individual repair contracts for Airframe repairs in the UK Depot

In addition the person in this Senior Project Delivery Analyst - Repair Capability role will assist the Repair Capability Manager in campaign activity to secure BAE Systems workload and increase revenue by providing Project Management support to:

* Campaign to secure partnerships with the US depots as sources of repair labor
* Campaign to secure additional Airframe Repair contract

Key Responsibilities

* Monitor and report project performance for schedule, technical, financial and quality objectives along with forecasting project outturn - This will include baseline setup and management activities
* Maintain the BAES project control system including update of: resource planning, PM governance, and people toolsets.
* Manage the reporting structure of monthly status to the plan (Contract Reviews / Project Performance Review Presentations / Executive Summary Reports for key issues etc…)
* Monitor and manage all Lockheed Martin dependencies to ensure the correct actions and targets are achieved
* Lead the development and management of Risks, Opportunities and threats that will drive improved ability to achieve performance and cost targets
* Ensure clear communications between BAE Systems and Lockheed Martin team with all data and information between teams are aligned and understood
* Build effective working relationships with the US Depots and key suppliers
