Position Description

As a CNIC Subject Matter Expert for the Djibouti area of responsibility, candidate may be responsible for reviewing, analyzing, and modifying programming systems including encoding, testing, debugging and documenting programs. Be familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures as they relate in support of the contract. Relies on limited experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. Works under general supervision. A certain degree of creativity and latitude is required. Typically reports to a project leader or manager. May require local travel. Requires a Bachelor's degree and 0-2 years Ability to obtain/maintain Secret level clearance.
