Job Description

As a Programmer Analyst, located in our Corporate Headquarters in Broomfield,CO, you will have the opportunity to work on our applications team who are responsible for all software applications and database development and most reporting used by Flatiron employees. You will help to define, develop, test, analyze, and maintain new software applications and enhancements to existing software. This position will initially be full time temporary with the possibility of transitioning to full time regular employment.

Responsibilities

* Analyzing, designing, coding, and testing software programs, applications and databases as specified by the IT Applications Manager
* Research, design, document, and modify software specifications throughout the production life cycle as part of a larger project
* Collaborate with developers, programmers, and designers in conceptualizing and development of new software programs, applications and databases
* Maintains knowledge of Flatiron's company values and strategic plan
* Perform additional assignments per management's direction

Qualifications

* Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or a related field from an accredited institution
* Advanced knowledge of desktop hardware, Microsoft Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office products
