ROLE TITLE: Programme Manager (Trading Systems)

LOCATION: NYC Metro - Manhattan / Nutley, NJ / Princeton, NJ

RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Program oversight leading the successful implementation of large scale, transformative IT projects.
* Charter large scale IT programs by facilitating the definition of the program objectives, success criteria, scope, governance, multi-year schedule, and budget.
* Establish process and policies to consistently review the performance of the services being provided. Ensures Delivery processes are being followed and documented procedures (e.g. change control) are in place.
* Define effective program management processes, structure, roles / responsibilities to the successful execution and delivery of business objectives.
* Report and track in scope alignment and definition sessions, identify program critical success factors, and drive mitigation of significant issues and risks.
* Communicates effectively with sponsors, stakeholders and team members. Reports on the status, issues, key activities and any changes to overall program to internal Delivery Management.
* Proactively identify and communicate risks on programs to ensure they are properly mitigated prior to issues arising.

Minimum Qualifications:

* Bachelors of Science in a technology field or related technical degree or equivalent work experience with minimum of 10 years of technical work experience.
* 5 plus years of program management or related experience.
* Successfully led at least three enterprise-level cross-functional transformational programs.
* Ability to drive work independently, identifying solutions, moving them to implementation.
* Calculates team velocity, ensures visibility by graphically charting iteration progress, and applies strong facilitation skills, ensuring team is continuously adapting and improving their productivity throughout the duration of the program.
