Program Support Specialist

Key Role:

Manage larger and more complex projects. Be involved in the selection of project teams, assigning individual responsibilities, developing project schedules, and determining and acquiring resources needed. Leverage expertise in the entire scope and requirements of projects and work with team members and functional area management requesting projects. Perform day-to-day management of overall contract support operations, possibly involving multiple projects and groups of personnel at multiple locations. Organize, direct, and coordinate the planning and production of all contract support activities.

Basic Qualifications:

* 5 years of experience in assisting federal staff with project planning, definition, outreach, and initiation
* Experience with project management
* Experience with leadership and technical team engagement
* Ability to work in a dynamic environment
* Active Secret clearance required
* BA or BS degree required

Additional Qualifications:

* Experience with evaluating, reviewing, and compiling source selection panel information for US government-published BAAs, RFIs, and RFPs
* Experience with the analysis of financial and labor projections and independent cost estimates
* Knowledge of project planning, monitoring, and financial activities related to program management
* Knowledge of managing multiple project teams and meetings
* Knowledge of projects and programs with well-defined metrics
* Knowledge of program management and technical monitoring, including that performed by a contracting officer's technical representative for the US government
* Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills
* BS degree in Business or Science
