The overall purpose of this position is to provide program management of the IEEE Certificates Program and management of client relationships as well as provide administrative support for committees. In addition, the position will provide operational support across Educational Activities for business development products, programs and services as needed.

This position reports to the Director, Continuing Education Product & Design Services and functions as an individual contributor.

Key Responsibilities:

Specific duties include but are not limited to:

* IEEE Certificates Program (55%)
* Manage the overall IEEE Certificates Program and coordinate the end-to-end process of offering CEUs and/or PDHs for IEEE continuing education events. This includes communication with current and potential customers, processing applications, setting up the delivery of certificates for these events, and provides customers support for the certificate recipients.
* Serve as central point-of-contact for organization units and outside organizations concerning the IEEE Certificates Program; review applications to ensure accuracy and customer follows Educational Activities guidelines, policy and procedures, resolve employees and organizations discrepancies provide guidance and support on inquiries.
* Creates and maintains reports for the IEEE Certificates Program and provide reports to EA and other organizational units.
* Collaborates with marketing team to promote and market the IEEE Certificates Program to ensure growth of the program.
* Be the subject matter expert on the Filemaker and Accredible and other software used for the IEEE Certificate Program and create training materials as well as train others to perform essential functions in these systems.
* Evaluate and vet potential providers for the IEEE Certificates Program by screening potential provider needs and communicate IEEE offerings to prospects.
* Negotiate terms and determine price schedule and/or discount with potential provider.
* Provide customer service to IEEE certificate program providers by resolving problems, answering questions, monitoring compliance and reporting needs, etc.
* Develop constructive and manage working relationships with clients, and maintain them over time.
* Analyzes policies and procedures to improve program efficiency and effectiveness.
* Analyzes and develops strategies to grow and enhance the IEEE Certificates Program.
* Prepares and delivers program presentations to potential clients and Senior Management on program and services status. Responsible for annual revenue goal of IEEE Certificate Program.
* Committee Support (5%)
* Manage assigned committee(s) by supporting the chair and members with scheduling meetings, creation of presentation slides, transcribe meeting notes and generate meeting summaries.
* Lead in developing the guidelines and best practices for the Certificate program working with the appropriate committees.
* Review all new IEEE Certificate Program and Customized Provider Solutions applications by ensuring they are fully vetted by the appropriate committee to ensure that new providers are within the IEEE Fields of interest.
* Develop and provide monthly updates on all program KPI's with the committees chairs.
* eLearning Production Support (40%)
* Provides assistance and support across the EA Production team, the ILN (IEEE Learning Network) team and Educational Activities as needed.
* Acts as a backup for technical support and maintenance of ILN.
* Proofs eLearning courses and provide any necessary corrections required.
* Oversees the KBART/MARC record process
* Uploads SCORM courses and discovery-only courses to ILN (IEEE's learning management system)
* Assists with writing and/or proofing ILN tech support scripts, user guides and other similar documents
