Lead for integrated master scheduling and coordination for a large, complex Engineering and

Manufacturing Program. Develop standard schedule templates for various standard activities, collect

schedule and resource requirements from responsible managers and integrate into a program master

schedule that will be used for resource leveling and program cost and schedule tracking. Will be

required to coordinate with a multifunction contract team including the Program Manager, Principal

Engineer, Systems Engineer, Project/Task and Manufacturing Managers. Work closely with Program

Analyst to develop actual cost tracking tool that correlates with the master schedule and satisfies the

Program's needs for fund tracking across the master schedule. Performs resource leveling and schedule/

resource risk analysis. Uses Earned Value methodology.* Expertise in MS Project, particularly sub-schedule integration, resource leveling, project budget

development.

* Must be able to collect and integrate master scheduling requirements and translate them into input

for the schedule.

* Must have a current Secret Clearance based on an investigation within the last five years.

Desired:

Additional expertise in other, current scheduling/resource planning software packages.
