Job Overview Responsible of complex semiconductors device program execution in terms of schedule, performance, area, power and cost. Risk management and disciplined management of information to internal and external key stakeholders. Ensures change control, priority changes, development reviews, and other product development processes are effectively implemented. Understanding Auto qualification of semiconductor components and hardware designs * Test and validation of ADAS systems Initiate and support DFMEA processes Ensure ASIL compliance throughout the duration of the project. Manage and track project deliverable to functional safety standards where applicable Conduct technical reviews with product teams to ensure functional safety requirements are being met throughout product development cycles Roll-up and reporting regularly to senior management on key product development milestones, metrics, risks, risk mitigation plans and staffing status. Works closely with product management, Technology Core teams, ASIC design implementation teams, Systems, Software and other leads and program managers to ensure successful and timely delivery of a quality product. Coordinate delivery of engineering products according to agreed to specifications, budget and schedule. Coordinate internal department schedules, resources etc. and develops master schedule, work plans, checklists, design reviews, and resource requirements. Primary focus will be in support of worldwide engineering design centers managing pre-silicon and functional teams activities which will include the following: Will interact with multiple engineering leads to coordinate and synchronize deliverables, communications, plans of record, and schedules among internal design teams. Organize and lead interdepartmental meetings, to set project milestones, define project tasks, establish program policies and processes and allocate resources. May assume project assignments to/from internal departments. Troubleshoot program issues and helps to develop alternative program tasks, schedules, milestones, resource plans, processes etc. to resolve program issues and conflicts. Participate in design reviews and coordinate or assure compliance to design or department checklists and procedures. Take active role in innovating and improving the current program management metrics and processes." id="hdnJobOverview" />The Program Manager will be part of the Visual Technology Program Management team, providing a full line of Camera/Video/Computer-Vision solutions for Automotive & Consumer grade solution. Experience with multi-tasking to understand/facilitate/guide a variety of disciplines such as System Architecture and modeling, IC digital design, verification and implementation, SW/FW drivers, project and product management. Experience in complete ASIC lifecycle development. Understanding of the complex technical project execution, and ability to communicate the issues and solutions to all levels of the organization Ability to extract the right information from the right people. Track record of proven leadership, business and program management performance. Microsoft tools like mpp, advanced excel, PowerPoint. Familiarity with automotive regulations and functional safety standards Proven Experience with IVI, ADAS system or autonomous vehicle system development with focus on multimedia/visual technologies Experience and background in Multimedia/Visual Technologies. Self-starter. Ability to manage, influence, and set direction of multi-faceted, multi-disciplined teams and programs independently with minimal supervision. Ability to articulate vision and influence decision making and outcomes both within internal and with external teams through effective communication skills at all levels.
