This position offers an exciting opportunity to lead a diverse team and manage programs for cost, schedule and technical performance while attaining the highest degree of quality and customer satisfaction. The position demands coordination of program requirements across planning, finance, engineering, procurement, manufacturing, testing, deployment, and sustainment in a matrix organization utilizing logistics and multiple engineering disciplines and several subcontractors.

* Interface and coordinate with internal stakeholders, prime contractor, and end user operators, maintainers, and procurement officers in support of Foreign Military Sales (FMS) program activities.
* Responsible for ensuring on-time, quality submittal of contract data requirements documents.
* Responsible for maintaining positive financial results within the assigned programs, to include regular reporting via monthly control reviews and quarterly EACs.
* Responsible for establishing milestones, and monitoring adherence to master plans, schedules and budgets. Identifies program problems and obtains solutions, such as allocation of resources or changing contractual specifications
* Work within a shared resource matrix management organization and possess the ability to successfully build geographically dispersed team at end-user facilities in foreign locations to ensure successful program execution.
* Lead Negotiations of contractual changes including coordination preparations of proposals, business plans, proposal work statements, operational budgets, specifications and financial conditions of contracts.
* Develop and maintain positive working relationships with customer and system end-users.
* Contribute to business development opportunities.

Education/ Certifications:

* BA/BS required
* MBA Preferred

Experience/ Qualifications:

Required skills:

* 7+ years program management in the DoD/aerospace industry experience, preferably in product support and sustainment contracts
* Experience of USG Foreign Military Sale practices is a must

Preferred Skills:

* Logistics and/or long term product sustainment backgrounds are a plus
* EVMS skills preferred
* Excellent baseline change management skills required to manage service delivery within contract scope
* Familiar with Performance Based Logistics contracts for military equipment and services
* Comprehensive understanding of USAF logistics processes and procedures related to Product Life Cycle Management and sustainment
* Knowledge of international trade compliance matters is required.
* Proven track record in program management and personnel management.
* SAP experience is desired.
* Fully fluent in Microsoft Office.
* Experience with reconnaissance optical systems, digital imaging systems and/or electro mechanical systems is preferred
* Multiple language skills are a plus.
