As a Program Manager (PM) for Legal Technology, you will have the opportunity to play a pivotal role in the processes that deliver the software systems used by Amazon Legal and our business partners worldwide.

In this role, you will own and drive Legal technology related programs and projects. You will work with software development engineers to provide tools and services that will improve the productivity of users in our Legal department and the business teams they work with. You will collaborate with software development managers to plan and execute software projects from start to finish working with teams in the agile software model. You will be responsible for running the user community for the Legal Solution, for helping write user stories, plan and prioritize sprints, and ensure that customer requirements are met. This role allows for a high degree of ownership of the solutions you launch and the ability to make positive change every day.

Responsibilities include:

* Product Owner role responsibilities in SCRUM
* Develop product strategy and vision. Build and track product roadmap, features, milestones, and dependencies.
* Champion and gain consensus and buy-in for the product strategy, vision, and roadmap from partner teams through collaboration, communication, and negotiation that effectively influences peers, stakeholders, and senior management.
* Collaborate with key stakeholders to define and prioritize features on the roadmap that align with the product strategy and vision.
* Write detailed business requirements and user stories for features in the roadmap.
* Work closely with the product software development manager and engineering team to deliver roadmap commitments on time.
* Drive recurring product launches including documentation, communication, and ensuring timely adoption of new features and solutions.
* Provide and facilitate frequent meaningful updates to product stakeholders and senior management. Run the product stakeholder community.
