CSG seeks to acquire a program manager to in manage a portfolio of diverse technical projects. In this hands-on position, the program manager will coordinate multiple work streams across many client areas that are delivering systems, and professional services. Essentially, the program manager will manage a large portfolio of complex projects office and will need to be an active driver and facilitator of progress, not a just a logistical tracker of progress.

Familiarity with broker/dealer businesses is highly desirable. Excellent organizational, oral and writing skills essential. This position will report to a senior level manager. The position requires outstanding communication and organizational skills and the ability to drive decision making through a consultative process. The successful candidate will be an excellent navigator of business, operational, and technical issues and will be capable of creating communication artifacts (PowerPoint presentations and Word documents) for consumption by very senior level managers as well as front-line staff. Various stream leads and subject matter experts will be made available to the program manager, but the program manager will be responsible for moving the portfolio of projects to successful completion within budget.

Qualifications

* 15+ years of project/program management that includes the successful delivery of a wide array of projects that include, software development projects (majority of experience), business process improvement, vendor service delivery and systems delivery.
* Previous experience delivering applications for a broker dealer, the trade processing area of an asset manager, or a FINTECH company
* Excellent oral, writing and presentation skills.
* Excellent coordination and organizational skills with a high acumen for tracking details.
* Proven ability to create and manage a portfolio of projects to a budget and a schedule.
* Proven ability to build and maintain working relationships with team members, vendors, and other departments involved in the program.
* Proven ability to clearly define issues and risks and offer solutions.
* Progression to program management through a progression of previous project management and business analyst roles is mandatory
* Ability to read and understand standard business documentation (e.g. contract language).
* Strong organizational and team building skills.
* Solid critical thinking skills and ability to manage across boundaries.
* Additional eligibility through pre-employment screenings required.

Education

* A Bachelor's degree in a technical field is required. MBA preferred.
* PMP Preferred but not required.
