We need to deliver screening services at the fastest rate, with the highest quality, and with the maximum flexibility - a unique business problem that no other company in the world is facing. The diversity of workers at Amazon is unprecedented, and this is creating a need for new services. We are currently looking for a Program Manager, Quality to support transportation programs.

We are looking for an exceptional program manager with strong training and development experience who can create and manage the quality of our operations. This individual will design and implement an effective quality assurance program that covers every step in the operational process, from designing the training for new team members, to creating an ongoing audit program to ensure consistent application of standards. In a constantly changing regulatory environment, this role requires constant analysis of existing programs, and the ability to adjust the quickly to address new requirements and business needs.

The Program Manager, Quality will need to:

* Use a combination of data analysis, user research, benchmarking, and audits to develop and implement a quality program for screening adjudication
* Establish formal quality assurance processes and continuously review them to ensure consistent and compliant application of standards
* Innovate to reduce quality defects and continuously improve quality to our customers
* Document quality issues and provide ongoing reporting, feedback, and education to the team
* Be comfortable diving deep in the details, as well as identifying big-picture trends and making recommendations based on the data

The successful candidate will have a demonstrated track record of:

* Managing a service, business or product, with demonstrated improvement in results.
* Successful project delivery, particularly in areas that focus on training and performance improvement.
* Tracking and reporting on project or service health, including identification of key metrics to measure quality. Must be able to dive deep into data.
* Demonstrating a bias for action and an ability to deal with great ambiguity.
