Job Description

SAIC is looking for an experienced Program Manager to support a perspective NOAA NESDIS customer. Come join the SAIC Space Systems NOAA team and help lead our growth forward.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Primary Management authority and responsibility on Program

Provide day-to-day oversight contract and subcontract employees and collaborate to NOAA customer

Provide oversight and management of all first level management and technical managers

Convene regular program management and financial reviews of task orders and work status

Interface with corporate staff as needed to obtain special expertise

Sponsor training programs as required

Review and approve all task order management and cost proposals

Requires strong written and verbal presentation skills including formal and informal presentation of work and assessments to critical audience

BS in Computer Science, Business Management, Engineering or related field and 15 years of experience in project management, information technology solutions, operations and maintenance of networked infrastructures

Experience managing project team in excess of 100 technical staff

Extensive experience in providing IT program management, operations, customer service, and help desk support in a wide variety of customer and enterprise network environments

PMP Certification

Excellent written and presentation communication skills

US Citizenship required with the ability to obtain and maintain a Top Secret clearance
