The Enterprise Experiences & Management (EEM) Customer Experience Engineering (CxE) team within the Experiences + Devices Group (E+D) is searching for a strong Program Manager who can help build the programs to successfully guide customers through the process of leveraging Microsoft 365 cloud services like Intune to modernize the way they manage their devices and protect their corporate data. The EEM CxE team is responsible for ensuring our customers have GREAT experiences onboarding to and using the Intune and Windows services they've purchased. We LOVE seeing customers successfully using our services to drive their businesses forward in this ever-changing mobile-first, cloud-first world!

There is a potential for ~ 20% travel - this role is primarily focused on the Americas region with FastTrack Centers in Texas and North Carolina. The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications:
* 3+ years of Program Management, Service Delivery Management and/or Customer Technical Account Management experience
* Ability to ramp to L200+ on Intune and understand how it fits into the Microsoft 365 suite of services
* Desire and eagerness to help customers & partners successfully deploy our technologies through the FastTrack program
* Direct experience working with Microsoft customers &/or partners
* Strong collaboration and influencing skills
* Comfortable working autonomously in a fast paced environment, connecting the dots and coordinating activities across a myriad of groups
* Strong communication and presentation skills
* Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize effectively
* Ability to take on complex systems and processes and drive simplification and improvements
* Self-starter who can deal with ambiguity, maintain focus, resolve conflict, drive to clarity and provide innovative solutions

What is this role all about?
Microsoft Intune is at the forefront of the transition to cloud-based device management and our customers are looking for guidance and help moving to cloud-based solutions. In this role you'll be working across the FastTrack Center (FTC), Intune Engineering, Marketing and other Customer Experience teams to run the FastTrack programs necessary to ensure our customers are successfully moving to the cloud with confidence. I am looking for a super strong Program Manager with a proven track record who is comfortable managing complex programs and working autonomously. Cross-group collaboration is a way of life in this role so developing and fostering strong relationships across the various teams we work with is critical to ensuring our customers have a great experience onboarding to our services. The ability to quickly understand and articulate the business value and the technical capability of our services is key, as this role will be responsible for empowering our Enterprise Mobility + Security (EMS) FastTrack Engineers (FEs) to be successful helping our customers along their journey to the cloud. The capability to build technical expertise in Intune and Windows-based services such as Autopilot and Co-management, basically the latest and greatest Microsoft has to offer as part of the Microsoft 365 suite, is important to the success of this role and any role in Engineering.
