We have an exciting opportunity for a strong Program Manager to join our IT Strategy team. In this role, we will ask you to use your skills and expertise as a technology champion/evangelist, and influencer to work cross-functionally to develop strategic initiatives, refine program and product management frameworks, and to facilitate our division's strategic priorities as a member of the Strategy and Governance team.

You will be responsible for the planning, development and implementation of project efforts throughout ITS. Develop, establish and maintain project management standards, scope, and guidelines. Obtain business and IT sponsor approvals and coordinates resources to successfully complete projects and programs. Other responsibilities include the refinement of requirements, project coordination, development of plans and schedules, resource planning and estimation, and project maintenance.

Communicate major milestones, identify potential project risks, provide continuing direction to the project team and conduct regular status meetings to review project activities. Obtain feedback to ensure that project/program efforts meet customer expectations for agreed upon time, cost and performance.

Responsible for overall, end-to-end, charge of a program, from crafting the approach to achieve desired outcomes through delivery. Coordinate projects and resource management within a program, stakeholder and sponsor communications, reporting, and engagement.

Essential Responsibilities

* You will leads daily program execution, including scope, time, and delivery criteria.
* Champion defined project and program management processes and best practices in the program.
* You will lead regular interactions with executive sponsor to inform, alert, negotiate and maintain a continuous working relationship and shared vision for the program outcome.
* Provide analytical/research support to assigned projects, programs or initiatives.
* Establish and ensure appropriate program governance functions in accordance with enterprise policies and practices, on behalf of the executive sponsor.
* You will direct the creation and maintenance of required program documentation and artifacts.
* Develop and control the program budget and watch expenditure within agreed spending plans.
* Ensure and balance the availability of required skills and competencies across project teams within the program.
* You will prepares documents and reports with appropriate use of graphics, data tables, etc.
* Prepare and deliver presentation materials that are clear, graphically sound, and which convey the required message.
* Provide support and recommendation to business unit or project manager in creating, implementing, leading and documenting key areas, including but not limited to: project planning, scheduling, budgeting, organizing and/or project research.
* You will lead reviews with executive sponsor and stakeholders to identify specific needs, and addresses them appropriately.
* Act as an advisor, and build and maintain relationships across the wider stakeholder community.

Requirements:

* Bachelor`s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or other related field or equivalent work experience.
* Requires 12 or more years of IT and business / industry work experience and 5 or more years of experience in diverse roles with increasing leadership responsibilities across major projects and programs.
* Experience with multiple project/program management methodologies such as PMI Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK) and Managing Successful Programs (MSP).
* A solid track record of leading successful programs across a range of project types using agile methodologies
* Requires a deep understanding of current and emerging technologies, how other enterprises are employing them to drive digital business, and how they may be applied enterprise-wide.
* PMI-ACP, CSM, or equivalent certification highly desirable.
* Advanced Communications skills: In-depth proficiency to express technical and business concepts, ideas, feelings, opinions, and conclusions orally and in writing.
* Expert Organization/Planning: Master ability to reduce uncertainty by monitoring and checking work or information and effectively managing time.
* Expert Project Management: Demonstrated ability to apply the project management principles, theories, practices, and techniques involved in planning, managing, and implementing projects and programs.
