Summary

The Project Manager is responsible for all project management for the IMO group from inception through to completion. This includes identifying project scope, clarifying deliverables, anticipating needs, scheduling timelines, and managing internal communication to ensure timely delivery. Essentially, this person will take the lead on project managing complex and/or larger projects while also being on top of day to day deliverables.

Responsibilities

* Responsible for overseeing the planning and coordination of activities pertaining to the implementations for agency management systems
* Strive to continuously improve the end to end M&A integration process
* Lead effort to analyze acquired agency's current state and determine the most efficient and comprehensive way to implement systems
* Work closely with key vendor partners to schedule projects, manage risks, and ensure data quality
* Plan and organize change management activities for business leads and end users
* Manage project plans, budgets, team resources, and key stakeholder communications
* Build rapport and trust with clients
* Ensure standardized PMO methodology is utilized and enforced for all projects

Basic Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
* PMP certified preferred
* Ability to manage application implementation projects from inception to successful completion
* Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate project team to apply skills and techniques to solve dynamic problems
* Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with business partners and vendors
* Ability to interact effectively with all levels of the organization
* Ability to facilitate issue remediation and resolve conflicts as appropriate
