Overall Responsibilities:
Program management of technical support
Handling escalations
Resource management
Operational rigor to manage metrics
Special projects
Top 3 Daily Responsibilities:
* Stay on top of team's operational metrics * Handle any urgent escalations * Manage resources for the team for optimal delivery
Skill/Experience/Education:
Mandatory:
* BA/BS Degree or equivalent work experience. * 4-5 of years of experience in Program management * Basic SQL knowledge * Stakeholder management
Desired:
* Knowledge of any one programming language * Analytics * Technical support experience
