Job Description

Amazon Logistics is seeking a highly skilled and motivated person to lead strategic, large scale projects focused on increasing speed of delivery, building capacity and customer experience in markets across the globe. These projects will require collaboration with Supply Chain, Transportation, Engineering, Operations,Customer Service and Technology teams. The successful candidate will be a natural self-starter who has a true hands-on approach, strong project management skills, and is an effective communicator. This position involves regular communication with senior management on status, risks and change control.

Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

* Process engineering ,documentation to design an operation
* Utilizing a broad technical background and an ability to "roll up your sleeves" to jump in if needed to run an operation
* Finding practical and simple solutions to complex problems without sacrificing quality or functionality
* Taking accountability while providing status, asking for help, and immediately escalating issues and problems as necessary
* Ensuring overall project schedule that enables the teams to be successful based upon the project milestones
