Job Description

Flexera SaaS Manager discovers all your SaaS subscriptions and identifies any unused, underused or abandoned licenses. Discover, manage and optimize your organization's SaaS subscriptions and licenses to reduce "shadow SaaS," manage renewals, reduce spend and secure user accounts.

As a Program Manager you will be responsible for forming relationships, including informal and formal partnerships, with other SaaS application vendors. Through these relationships, procure access to test and sandbox environments of the respective SaaS vendors, allowing the team to stay current with API, data, authentication scheme and any other changes over time. This will require close coordination with product owners and delivery teams.

What you'll do:

* Form new and manage existing relationships with SaaS vendors
* Work closely with the existing Flexera alliances team
* Research developer programs / partnerships offered by SaaS vendors and assess their suitability for SaaS Manager's needs
* Stay abreast of SaaS vendor API roadmaps and work closely with product owners on deprecations and end-of-life plans
* Procure test\sandbox accounts of SaaS applications for use by the delivery team. This may involve partnerships, traditional procurement methods or other means.
* Work closely with product owners and delivery teams to execute on an ambitious roadmap
* Enable development teams to access SaaS applications using the exposed APIs
* Stay abreast of changes for existing SaaS partnerships. Interact with SaaS vendors; understand use cases and help facilitate discussions on how we can leverage the partnerships to be mutually beneficial. - Remove obstacles and keep processes lean to get functionality in the hands of customers quickly
* Contribute to the knowledge base, wiki and other Flexera resources to help build the best customer experience.
* Be responsible for the effectiveness and continuous improvement of the process being followed by the team
* Maintain open honest communication between everyone involved with the project

You'll be expected to have:

* Experience in managing and developing partnerships and can demonstrate processes or programs you have been involved in that have proven to be successful
* Ability to reason about software, approaches and expectations from a high level
* Familiarity with web APIs, including REST
* Superb communication skills to work with 3rd party SaaS vendors
