What does a great Program Manager, Consultant do?

You will direct all phases of a client's ATM program. You will be responsible for day to day servicing, troubleshooting, ATM performance and facilitates all ATM related needs. Coordinate the preparation of proposals, project plans, statements work and understands and adheres to financial terms/conditions of contract. You will be the primary customer contact for all ATM program activities, leading program review sessions with the customer to discuss performance, project schedules, initiatives and all things ATM. You will develop new business and expands the ATM product sets features and program. You will work with both external and internal dependencies to remediate program problems and obtains solutions, facilitates and direct on behalf of the client.

Essential job functions & duties

* Primary point of contact for customer & voice of the organization representing client needs.
* Perform Program Management duties as necessary on assigned efforts.
* Establish, communicate client/program objectives, and priorities to internal/external partners.
* Meet contractual performance objectives by analyzing and initiating corrective actions as needed.
* Identify & manage risk and opportunities to meet project/program objectives.
* Ensure proposal submittals, schedules, cost estimates, project execution, risk assessments and technical solutions are accurate and timely.

Basic qualifications

* 3+years of experience in project management activities
* Ability to work successfully with demanding customers, difficult schedules and technically challenging projects.
* Excellent written and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly and competently convey program performance.
* Ability to identify, resolve issues and manage risk
* Thorough knowledge of assigned business line or functional area
* Management and leadership skills
* Strong organizational and analytical skills
* Ability to identify and resolve exceptions and to analyze data
* Develop detailed work plans and specifications

Preferred Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree

Travel: less than 10%, as needed
