AWS is seeking a Senior Proposal / Program Manager (PPM) for our Machine Learning (ML) and Artificial Intelligence (AI) services to drive activities related to our proposal (RFI, RFP, etc.) processes and program management related to our business development operations. The PPM will coordinate proposal responses by assembling proposal teams with the relevant service, industry, and functional subject matter experts required. Responsibilities will include the refinement and implementation of the necessary proposal procedures and processes. The role will require an ability to work under pressure with challenging deadlines. The successful candidate must have great organization skills, and experience leading cross-functional teams to define, build and deploy effective programs and processes. The candidate will join a dynamic team in a problem-solving environment, and drive strategic ML-related programs across the team. Working with cross-functional stakeholders, the BDM will facilitate the enablement of proposal responses and related processes across Business Development, Product Management, Marketing, Sales, Solution Architects, Professional Services, and the Leadership Team.

The ideal candidate will have proven ability in planning, producing and delivering compliant proposals within a complex business environment. The PPM will be experienced in scheduling and running proposal kick-off meetings, leading storyboarding sessions, facilitating key review meetings / final document review, coordinating proposal governance / sign-off, document production and delivery of the completed proposal, and coordinating and updating the content management system.
