The AWS Talent Acquisition Operations team is looking for a Program Manager to drive material change in our business operations to scale our efforts expand our teams globally. The role focuses on driving global program and project efficiency. Through conceptualizing tools and technologies to facilitate our global project management office, modeling impacts to the business, prioritizing and gathering stakeholder feedback, and developing a roadmap that works to achieve our long term vision. You will have the opportunity to invent on behalf of candidates, experiment and test new ideas, evangelize successes, and drive consistency amongst a thriving business team.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track-record of end to end program management utilizing agile methodologies. From concept to design through implementation, user measurements and continuous improvement. Developing ideas into broader visions that will support the growth of a evolving team. Looking for an individual to earn trust from stakeholders and seamlessly deliver results. Communicating details throughout the project plan to all participants and identifying new opportunities along the way. Cross collaboration and the sharing of ideas across the broader Amazon organization to help excel orate change in a dynamic organization.

Responsibilities will include:

* Identifying new opportunities and influencing - assess and prioritize opportunities based on strategic goals, business needs, candidate experience, or efficiency lift.
* Managing multiple program areas - track delivery against program objectives and implement proposals to improve program services and efficiencies.
* Executing organization-wide initiatives - influence and align stakeholders, define project plans, assemble resources, manage implementation activities, and develop all processes associated with program roll-out and ongoing support.
