Job Description

Do you enjoy working with customers to launch new programs and products? We are looking for an analytical and technically-minded program manager to support the global HR Investigations Case Management system (Exact). As the Program Manager, you will work across the global HR organization to define, implement and manage end-to-end features and programs to continuously improve efficiency and performance on behalf our customer. This is a global role that will include interaction with teams in countries outside of Untied States, requiring a strong ability to communicate effectively and understand the different needs of global customers. The ideal candidate is passionate about driving innovation and solving complex problems in an evolving space. You should have experience leading multiple key initiatives, from conception to launch in a rapidly evolving environment.

The key responsibilities of the position include:

* Identify and analyze data on product usage to identify and implement improvements and enhancements that drive productivity and improve customer experience.
* Determine root causes, develop business cases, test/implement solutions and prioritize competing opportunities.
* Understand customer and management team needs and translate them into robust business requirements for configuration and development
* Manage Exact instance, including support requests and escalated administrative needs of users by providing prompt and complete resolution to technical challenges and business support issues.
* Hands on configuration of new and existing Exact features including: user management, roles, custom fields, and workflows rules.
* Handle multiple projects at once, be able to effectively prioritize initiatives, and effectively communicate with multiple stakeholders.
* Operate with significant autonomy to deliver results and achieve the goals and objectives of both your team and the broader organization.
