Job Summary

Obsidian Solutions Group (OSG) is seeking a highly qualified Program Manager (PM) to lead our work at the US Department of State (DOS) supporting the Overseas Security Installation Services (OSIS II) contract. The ideal candidate should have direct/first-hand experience working with DOS, Bureau of Diplomatic Security (DS), within the Office of Security Technology (ST).

Key Accountabilities

* The PM will lead the Program Management Office (PMO) and will serve as OSG's central point of contact for OSIS II.
* The PM will lead and oversee best-in-class technical security engineering, design, installation, maintenance, repair, and project management services for DOS/DS/ST.
* The PM will be the bridge to work seamlessly with the DS supply chain contractor and other ST technical teams to provide efficient and effective engineering, design and installation services for overseas technical security systems and infrastructure projects and domestic facilities that support the overseas mission.

Knowledge and Skills

* The PM shall be capable of effective oral and written communication and shall maintain a complete and thorough knowledge of the OSG original proposal, the terms and conditions of this contract and any contract modifications signed or pending signature.

Experience and Education

* Master's Degree in Business Management, Technology Management, Project Management and/or Bachelor of Science in Engineering, Construction Engineering or related field of study with:
* Fifteen (15) progressive years of experience.
* PMP certification from the Project Management Institute is a plus.
