The Amazon Employee Services Technology Team is looking for an innovative, organized and resourceful HR Program Manager to own and execute product launches of Amazon's employee engagement solutions Salesforce platform.
As an HR Program Manager, you will execute product launches and service delivery initiatives to build scale, efficiency, and a great employee experience. You will work globally with business owners, product management, business analysts, partner teams, technology, and HR leadership at all levels to understand strategy, requirements and timelines and map those to global HR objectives. You will drive program deliverables, provide escalation management, and deliver regular communications to stakeholders.
* Drive Program Goals - Perform hands on project management in defining program plans, manage implementation, develop processes, documentation and communications for program/process rollout and ongoing management. Interface regularly with business stakeholders to define project direction and priorities.
* Communicate - Constantly monitor and report on progress of the project to all program stakeholders. Responsible for regular project communication using a host of media (emails, meetings, conference calls, status reports, presentations, project/program dashboards) to the business and stakeholders.
* Collaborate - Work closely with product owners and BA teams to bridge the gap between business requirements and technical constraints.
* Work Cross-functionally - Deliver projects in iterative release cycles while working cross-functionally with stakeholders - business/client, vendors, partner teams and technical delivery.
