The mission of the One Engineering System (1ES) team in Developer Services organization is to enhance productivity of Microsoft's engineering teams with world-class tools and systems to help ship products that the world loves. Our team builds tools that allow compliance owners to shift compliance enforcement left within the engineering system, allowing engineers to focus on the things they love-developing software. Must-have

* 5+ years of experience in technology product management leading products from definition to launch and successful customer adoption
* Direct experience in working with engineering teams to launch new technology products
* Excellent communication and presentation skills

Nice-to-have

* Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, business, or related fields
* Excellent understanding of and experience in engineering systems

We are looking for a Program Manager with an excellent industry track record to drive the strategic roadmap and adoption of an internal GDPR compliance tool that supports EU Cookie Compliance.

Your Impact-

As the program manager, you will be driving the strategic roadmap, understanding what delights our customers and improving usage of an internal GDPR compliance tool that supports EU Cookie Compliance as well as other compliance tools for Microsoft. Your work will help Microsoft continue to maintain a high standard of trust with our customers whether it is for GDPR or other critical compliance areas. This role requires a candidate with a background in driving cross-team programs and experience in hypothesis and data driven product management / program management. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication, collaboration and negotiation skills, experience in product management driving new product initiatives and excellent understanding of the security & compliance engineering space.

Key Responsibilities:

* Work with partners and users to define and deliver experiences that provide time saving automation for compliant cookie usage at Microsoft
* Work with GDPR compliance owners to understand their needs and work with engineering to define and deliver the roadmap and features that support those needs
* Drive user research, telemetry, and A/B testing to provide best in class data driven insights
* Work with UX designers to design experiences that are both highly effective and aesthetically pleasing
