Description:Program Sr Manager for F-35 Sustainment Business unit, will be responsible for leading the day to day transition of workshare requirements between LM Aero and Suppliers. Specifically, he/she will be responsible for Develop short- and long-term plans, establishing criteria, schedule and mitigation plans to support workshare requirements. The PM will ensure compliance with all contractual and program commitments and de-conflicting competing resource requirements. The PM will work across the F-35 enterprise to integrate workshare requirements specific to sustainment, work directly with the subcontractors and with SCM. Management duties include program level management on overall cost, technical, and schedule performance including EVMS and IMS, manage Supplier inputs into proposal and capture efforts to ensure integration into the prime proposal. The PM will also be responsible supporting contract execution of the suppliers including SOW, Risk, performance outcomes and earned value. The PM will serve as a primary POC for the F-35 Sustainment Program Management Office in meeting and exceeding F-35 Sustainment program subcontractor requirements while focusing on affordability.
Basic Qualifications:
Program Management experience within the defense industry, understand of Lockheed Martin processes and business attributes.
Experience performing sustainment and or upgrade programs on LM or aerospace/defense products
Earn Value Management (EVM) /CAM
Desired Skills:
Subcontract Program Management
Experience on sustainment contracting/contracts.
Experience working with subcontractor proposals, SOWs
Prior experience as a buyer/subcontract negotiations
Experience with supply chain management
