Job Description

The Training and Communications team in IT Portfolio Management Office is responsible for communication and training development and delivery to the IT Project management community. The team also manages multiple SharePoint sites to help project teams collaborate and share information among themselves and receive information that helps them in delivering their projects. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Program Management Senior to support the team in SharePoint development and support tasks.

Your Work Falls into These Primary Categories:

SharePoint Development

* Manage SharePoint projects from requirements to development, implementation and post implementation support
* Develop new SharePoint sites, forms, lists and workflows or implement enhancements to existing ones
* Complete SharePoint development based on requirements

SharePoint Support

* Work with customer to define complete requirements for workable solutions that ensure usability, reliability, appropriate accessibility and that meet the users' needs
* Support customers with SharePoint requests requests, as needed
* Identify opportunities to enhance existing sites' capability to facilitate knowledge management, knowledge sharing and collaboration
* 5+ years of SharePoint development experience
* Strong communications skills
* Proven project SharePoint skills
* Ability to gather requirements
* Comfortable working with staff, management and executives within the organization
* Familiar with both waterfall and Agile methodologies
