Job Description

Be part of a team assessing and driving achievement of program specific performance within Garrett - Advancing Motion. You will be the technical leader and be the primary decision maker for program cost, schedule and technical issues. You will lead a team in the prioritization of work packages, design goals and objectives, and drive overall program performance.

Job Activities

* Lead Customer Business Team
* Manage business portfolio
* Assess and drive achievement of programs
* Strategy development
* Early problem detection and course correction.
* Work with Strategic Planning & Annual Operating Plan
* Involvement with program launches
* Manage Program Metrics

You must have

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance or Engineering
