What you will do:

* As a Program Leader in the IoT Innovations and Operations team, the candidate will be responsible for leading the realization of IoT digital solutions.
* Work as part of a larger team encompassing business stakeholders, application Subject Matter Experts, enterprise architects, hardware/ software/ data engineers, and cloud specialists to deliver digital solutions.
* Ensure that we stay current of external developments in the IoT and intelligent computing world and engaged with partners in the digital ecosystem to make the right buy vs. build decisions.
* Foster and role model a culture of safety, innovation, entrepreneurship, customer focus, and collaboration.

Minimum Qualifications:

* Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related engineering field.
* 8+ years of industry experience.
* 5+ years of development experience across the IoT stack and platforms (sensors, controllers, gateways, and cloud).
* 5+ years of development experience in the following areas: C++, Java, JavaScript, Python, or C#.
* 5+ years of experience with connected systems (gateways, firewalls, proxies, and networking configurations).
* Experience with fast product prototyping and minimal viable product (MVP) deliveries.
* Experience with Agile / Scrum development
* Experience working with full life cycle product management, including security and QA.
* Demonstrated history of staying current with technology in applicable disciplines and of entrepreneurial behavior.

Preferred Qualifications:

* Master's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related discipline
* Experience in a start-up environment.
* Experience with MS Azure stack software platform and DevOps practices and tools.
* Experience with cloud development in an IoT context
* Experience working with wireless technologies such as LoRa, Zigbee, and blue tooth.
* Demonstrated ability to achieve results in a fast-paced environment.
* Excellent organizational and communication skills, both verbal and written.
