Description:This position is for the Program Integration team in support the Integrated Fighter Group (IFG) Line of Business (LOB). Candidate needs to have excellent project management skills; the ability to provide independent coordination between IFG senior leadership, other Aero LOBs, and across functional competencies. Candidate needs to demonstrate ability to work with subject matter experts to transform their data and information into coherent, creative, and compelling presentations.
As no two days are alike on this team, tasks would include, but are not limited to: manage monthly EPRS (Enhanced Program Reporting System) and CPAR (Contractor Performance Assessment Report) reporting to customer and corporate; facilitate Program Mgmt Boards; manage New Business projects; support export license activities for F-16; and, support other business rhythm tasks as assigned (e.g. command media, program reviews, training, employee engagement, etc.). Candidate needs the ability to work independently as well as being a team player and willing to support other team members on a proactive basis to achieve team goals; and, must be able to prioritize projects, as tasks are time sensitive.
MUST BE A US CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access.
Basic Qualifications:
STEM related field bachelor's degree or equivalent experience/combined education
Earned Value Management (EVM) Experience
Project Management & Leadership Experience
Data Analytics
Experience presenting to excutive leadership
Desired Skills:
Existing F-16 and/or F-22 Special Access preferred
Experienced with EPRS process and tools
Experienced with CPAR process and tools
Experienced with managing On-time Delivery process and tools
Certified Green Belt to facilitate Affordability Projects
Experienced with Active Risk Manager (ARM) or similar risk tool
Experienced with managing Command Media
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; presentation skills; attention to detail.
