Collins Aerospace is looking for a strong Program Cost and Schedule Analyst for the Emerging Technology Programs Group at ISR and Space Systems. This is a great opportunity for a candidate with 4-7 years of experience conducting financial analysis in an Earned Value Management System environment. This role will support complex programs with significant budgets and substantial technical content, integrating the latest developments in optics, materials, detectors, electronics, algorithms and processing into our family of airborne camera and exploitation systems. This position offers excellent opportunity for advancement. In depth knowledge and previous direct experience using Earned Value Management principles on Department of Defense contracts is a must.

The successful candidate will perform the following functions while leveraging resources from a matrix organization. - Interface with technical and management personnel to assist in developing and maintain the program Performance Measurement Baseline including Engineering, Supply Chain, Program Planning, and Business Management - Conducting monthly variance analysis - Preparation and Development of Monthly CDRL reports to the customer. - Support Program Financial and Manpower forecasts to Value Stream Management - Supporting Program Management Process improvement

Education and Certifications:

* Minimum of a Bachelor degree or equivalent experience in a technical or financial field.

Experience and Qualifications:

* Direct Control Account Management experience on a US Department of Defense contract.
* Participation in a design/development or production program.
* Exposure to system engineering methodology / terminology.
* Collecting and analyzing Earned Value metrics, producing variance and corrective action reports.
* Familiarity with Microsoft Office Tools (Excel, Project, Word, Powerpoint, Sharepoint)
* Basic understanding of software and hardware development.
* Exposure to Quality Management and Continuous Improvement mythology.
* Familiarity with the DoD Integrated Program Management Report (IPMR) format.
