JOB DESCRIPTION:
SAIC is looking for a Program Analyst Principal to support our customer in Arlington, VA. This person will manage HQ USAF IJSTO billets. Provide oversight of Air Force wide title 10 IJSTO billets. Brief and debrief HQ USAF personnel as required. Review temporary access events and prepare approval/denial memos for division signature and disseminate as required. Maintain accesses and awareness of all USAF and IJSTO special capabilities to provide recommendations to approval authorities to brief/debrief individuals with Need-to-Know and Material Contribution or the lack thereof. Prepare and deliver briefings and documentation to senior USAF leadership on status and actions required in relation to organizing, training, and equipping USAF special capabilities to COCOM requests. Maintain access to required AIS systems to accomplish tasks and maintain communication across the Services, Joint Staff, COCOMs, Coalition, and IC entities at multiple classification levels to include Unclassified through TS, SCIs, special capabilities, Additional Compensatory Control Measures (ACCMs) and all standard handling caveats. Represent USAF wide equities involving education, training, exercises, planning and execution. Assist the customer with personal and facility security issues including data entry involving PII. Maintain personal training and eligibility requirements for the duties described above.
Qualifications
TYPICAL EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: Bachelors and fifteen (15) years or more of related experience; Masters and thirteen (13) years or more experience; PhD or JD and four (4) years or more experience.

Minimum: 3 years experience with SAPs

Desired: Experience with DoD operations or test and evaluation or acquisition
Desired: Experience in preparing materials for senior leaders
Desired: Experience with the Integrated Joint Special Technical Operations (IJSTO)
