Job Description

Overview

The Product Support Specialist works as part of the Parts Support team, supporting customers with part and program selections. Suggests complete and accurate solutions to customer needs.

Responsibilities

* Provides parts information and support to customers' maintenance staff
* Quotes prices and lead times
* Works with vendors to obtain updated parts pricing and discounts
* Uses drawings and system specifications to identify parts needed by customers
* Reviews, processes, and tracks all parts orders; communicates with Integrators on the order status
* Promotes the value of Wynparts.com to customers; adds parts and suggests improvements based on customer feedback

Qualifications

* Minimum of 2 years of college education or minimum of 3 years of conveyor experience; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a technical field preferred
* Basic knowledge of equipment applications for conveyor and sortation systems
* Mechanical aptitude
* Computer skills including MS Office
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills and listening skills
* Strong customer service orientation
* Team-oriented and collaborative
* Self-motivated and detail-oriented
