The Product Support Specialist works as part of the Parts Support team, supporting customers with part and program selections. Suggests complete and accurate solutions to customer needs.
Responsibilities
* Provides parts information and support to customers' maintenance staff * Quotes prices and lead times * Works with vendors to obtain updated parts pricing and discounts * Uses drawings and system specifications to identify parts needed by customers * Reviews, processes, and tracks all parts orders; communicates with Integrators on the order status * Promotes the value of Wynparts.com to customers; adds parts and suggests improvements based on customer feedback
Qualifications
* Minimum of 2 years of college education or minimum of 3 years of conveyor experience; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a technical field preferred * Basic knowledge of equipment applications for conveyor and sortation systems * Mechanical aptitude * Computer skills including MS Office * Excellent verbal and written communication skills and listening skills * Strong customer service orientation * Team-oriented and collaborative * Self-motivated and detail-oriented
